TerraPro has helped with sugar content and water conservation on a Baja Mexico Pomegranate farm. Here are a couple of photos of the Pomegranates s on the San Vicente Ranch. Brix are at 17.5 even on the ones not yet red. D egrees Brix   (symbol °Bx) a measure of the sugar content of an aqueous solution.  More Pomegranate Fruit then last year  and they are watering every two weeks instead of once per week. Very happy farm engineer.
